Foursquare gets uber social

Looks like Google’s not the only one getting increasingly social with their search. This week Foursquare launched ‘Personalized search for the Real World’. You can now be served ultra personal recommendations, based on you and your friends searches and favourite places. This means Foursquare is now getting up a level to compete with both social networks and social search. I’m pleased we can now search ‘tips’ as this is one of the main features of Foursquare that I use. Go Foursquare.
