2012: highlights

I feel like 2012 has been a really epic year and so that I can look back on it (a virtual photo album scrap book if you will) I’m going to try and remember all the things. Cos maybe one day Facebook won’t exist and then what!

January 2012  – Breaking in the new year with my best gal pals – makeshift dinner party on the floor. May have looked like just some cushions on the floor, but I say “Moroccan style”.

nyeFebruary – the Gannon clan visit my brother in Glasgow for a milestone birthday (badge)

glasgowMarch – Alice’s Hen do! Jacuzzi’ng in Devon, mussels at the Oyster Catcher and a phantom vommer.

marApril – Playing Easter bunnies with the little ones.

apriAnd went to Madrid. It rained but we had tapas.

madrMay – Tweeted for @TEAMGB and held the Olympic torch with the lovely Mizzle Patizzle (“is it real”)

olyAnd went to Crete to enjoy souvlaki times and heart-to-hearts with Emma W

creteJune – 23rd birthday at Lovebox festival (and then the Dolphin).

lbJuly – My first business trip to Athens to do a talk on the relationship between social media and the news. Discovered the need for a mini suitcase to attempt looking even remotely professional

August – the OLYMPICS! Watched the Beach volleyball with my dad…
