Come to a Ctrl Alt Delete Live Podcast Recording All About Money
My podcast Ctrl Alt Delete is being recorded live for a one-off special episode on the theme of MONEY and financial health in partnership with Starling Bank!
I’m really excited to be putting on this event, and hope you will come along to listen, ask questions and participate in this live recording. It promises to be a really interesting evening full of conversation and insights.
Money is such a big part of our lives and underpins so many decisions we make every single day. It’s an emotional subject and often feels one that is still slightly ‘taboo’ in many ways. We are happy to discuss ways to improve our physical health, but what about our financial health too? How can our technology and tools help us be better with money? Money worries can often cause strain and stress, be it personal or professional and at this special one-off event is going to talk openly about how we handle our money in both those areas of our lives. We will discuss how to make better choices, how to stop ourselves staying up all night doing mental arithmetic, share helpful tips, how to juggle multiple projects and bring you solid information from an expert panel. All the fees from the tickets priced at £5.98 will be donated to Women’s Aid.
The panelists for the evening are some of the coolest business women I know, consisting of:
– Otegha Uwagba (Sunday Times Bestelling Business Author)
– Serena Guen (Suitcase Magazine Founder and CEO)
– Michelle Kennedy (Founder of Peanut)
Doors open: 7pm
Live recording: 7.30pm-8.30pm
We’re going to be talking openly and honestly about money. Managing, growing, investing, how to juggle multiple work projects, income streams, and advice from these amazing women.
Starling Bank is a mobile-only app that aims to help you see money in a new way and manage your financial health. Emma recently interviewed the CEO of Starling Bank Anne Boden for an episode of Ctrl Alt Delete which resulted in lots of positive feedback and conversation around money. It felt like we should discuss this topic together even more deeply with an audience to start some important conversations. This event is being made possible by Starling Bank and an employee of Starling Bank will join us on the panel to talk about tech can make our lives easier.
Come along, nab your ticket from the Eventbrite page, tweet along using #StarlingxCtrlAltDelete and participate in this live episode which will air a few days after the event.
