Talking Spring Cleaning on BBC Woman’s Hour
Hurray, I went back on to the wonderful (Late Night) BBC Woman’s Hour to talk about spring cleaning.
I admit how messy I am. But, I also chucked out so much stuff recently it looked like we were moving house. We discuss how to actually minimise having so much pointless “stuff” and how to maintain it… with Aggie MacKenzie from How Clean Is Your House (how good was that programme though!), Laura Humphreys an expert on domestic labour and Aline Lau who is an expert in #konmari, taught by Marie Kondo herself (author of Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up). It’s available on the last night Woman’s Hour podcast now.
You can listen here.
