Dr Megan Jones Bell is the Chief Science Officer at Headspace.
I went to go to the Headspace HQ in Santa Monica and it was just as cool as I’d imagined. Megan’s work is all about making mental healthcare more effective, more affordable, and more accessible while changing the culture around mental health and wellness. This conversation is about why she moved to California and all the exciting stuff Headspace is going, plus tips on welcoming more mindfulness into your life.
